How I build

Spec firstWrite the spec before any code: scope, data model, edge cases.
Phased plansSplit the work into small phases, each with a clear done state.
Agent codingCoding agents implement each phase. I review the plan before and the diff after.
Lessons loggedEvery mistake becomes a rule in the next spec.

Agents write most of the code. I own the architecture, security and quality.
